How are your art skills? Do you like gardening and having fun? Would you like to tell us what’s important to you about taking part in your community through story or film?! If so, you must make it to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park this weekend – on Sunday 4th September.
Livability are running a Community and Enterprise Zone at Parallel London – the world’s first all-inclusive run/push event and free family festival. Whether you’re taking part in one of the sporting events, cheering participants on in a frenzied ball of excitement or generally there to have fun – the Community and Enterprise Zone will be a “don’t-miss-out” destination on the day.
Throughout the course of the day Livability will be bringing a giant art mural to life and need a team of budding enthusiasts to help us colour it in. Our film crew want to ask you all about what “taking part” in community means to you – and what are the barriers you have faced and how have you overcome them?
Our gardening team want to involve you in a wide range of fun horticultural activities all focused on boosting your wellbeing. Our storytelling activities will enable everyone to share their experiences and aspirations. And our Enterprise team can tell you how they support people overcome barriers to employment and set up their own businesses.

We’re looking forward to meeting sporting participants after their run/push, as well as friends, families and visitors to the festival on the day.”
