Training and development
We offer to pay course fees for certain job roles such as care support workers to gain nationally recognised qualifications such as Diplomas.
Work / life balance
To make sure you have time to enjoy your life outside of work we offer a generous annual leave entitlement – 25 days plus bank holidays. After completing five years’ service you’ll get another 3 days’ leave a year. In addition we offer a range of family friendly policies and initiatives including flexible working, home working, and child care vouchers.
