Awards and schemes

  • Achievement awards for frontline staff: This scheme is targeted at frontline workers who have successfully completed 24 months of service with Livability and are demonstrating our values on a day-to-day basis.
  • Career Pathway reward: This scheme is targeted at frontline staff in our school, college and services, who have worked for Livability for more than one year. It’s aimed at those who are adding extra value in the workplace and are committed to learning and development through a defined career pathway.
  • The Long Service Award: This scheme is for all staff and recognises commitment tied to service duration.
  • The Annual Staff Award: This scheme is for all staff and recognises achievement in various categories. Our staff reps, working with our Executive Leadership Team and Trustees, are responsible for nominating and selecting winners.
  • The Livability Achievement Scheme: A one-off lump sum payment made to staff in recognition of their added value to the charity.
  • The Recommend a Friend Scheme: Receive up to £250 by referring a friend to Livability.
  • Golden Hello scheme for new staff: For enabling support workers joining our team, we welcome you in lots of ways including through our golden hello monetary award scheme. When you join, you will receive a comprehensive induction, ongoing support and training and £500 in your 12th month’s pay. Subject to T&Cs.
