Our approach
Our support is flexible, affordable and means you can get the most out of life, with highly trained staff to help you. We run supported living homes, owned by a private landlord, so you have your own tenancy. We can guide and support you in what’s available in your local community, and can support you for an hour or two, or up to 24 hours a day.
We aim to touch every aspect of life to enable you to have real choice about how you live your life and fulfill your potential. We have a person-centred approach so our focus is ‘you and your choices’. We want you to know that everything we do is aimed at making sure the people we support get as much out of life as possible. We can work alongside family members, if that’s what you choose.
Independent living
Livability Somerset is an Independent Living service run by Livability. Livability Independent Living specialises in providing flexible, client-driven approach to care, health and inclusion requirements for people with a wide range of needs and living situations.
Whether support is needed for an hour or two, or up to 24 hours a day, we help people to get the most out of life and their local community. This service, which embraces homecare, accessing local activities, community support and day services, supports all ages from late teens to elderly people. We offer Independent Living services throughout the UK.
