Independent living
We operate a range of Supported Living services in Conwy, Denbighshire and Wrexham. Our services provide person-centred, responsive support for the people we support in their own homes.
Support is available 24 hours a day, including sleep-ins by experienced and well-trained staff teams. Our staff work closely with local GPs, psychologist, psychiatrists, speech and language therapists and community / learning disability nurses where relevant. This ensures support is tailored to the people we support,
Livability North Wales provides support at a range of properties across North Wales. Each person has their own bedroom which they can decorate as they choose. We support people to create homely, welcoming environments that they are proud to call their own.
Community connections
We enable all the people we support in North Wales to access various community activities with support. We have supported people to gain employment in their local community, to make new friends and to participate fully in community events.
Our experienced and skilled staff teams support people to create their own weekly plans so that all activities that are important to the person take place. We support people to think about new experiences they would like to try including seeking paid or voluntary employment. The people we support access these opportunities with support or independently as is appropriate to them.

Our team are dedicated, professional and carefully chosen for their skills and compassion. With continuous training, staff provide improved outcomes for the people being supported. This empowers people with disabilities to become as independent as possible, developing and enhancing life skills and social inclusion.
