People at Livability Treetops have a wide range of individual choice, enabled by active support from staff. The service takes a person-centred, flexible approach. We know that everyone’s needs and aspirations are different – that all sorts of things add up to a flourishing life.
Together, with the people that use our services, we create co-produced care plans that support personal goals and needs. People are encouraged to participate in all decision-making relating to their own care and wellbeing. Our nurses and support staff are highly trained, and are on hand to help. About the home
We ensure that people who use the service are involved in shaping their care by insuring that the individual is at the core of all assessments and plans of care and that choice and empowerment are actively promoted. We reflect upon and improve our service through listening and acting on comments and complaints received from residents, their representatives or visitors to the unit.
We ensure that all residents are protected against the risk of abuse or harm whilst respecting their human rights through effective care planning and risk assessment. All staff have training to enable them to respond promptly and correctly to any safeguarding concerns. We work closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team, other providers and agencies to ensure that our residents receive a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led service.

Our dedicated and professional team is carefully chosen for their skills and compassion. They have extensive experience of empowering people to live well and receive training on our specific client group to enable those living at Treetops to achieve their goals, working with other agencies and teams as needed by the individual.
