Livability Hanover Drive, in Brackley, Northamptonshire, provides residential care for three adults with a low/medium intellectual disability. Hanover Drive is one of five family-style care homes in Brackley managed by Livability, the disability charity that connects people with their communities.
We provide personal care for individuals living in their own homes in the local area. Personal care and support for daily tasks are given on an individualised basis according to agreed plans. There is also an out-of-hours service.
We have experience in supporting clients with epilepsy, early onset dementia and diabetes. We also offer care support in a client’s own home, minimum of one hour support, to suit.
