This site helps you
understand our approach to privacy

At Livability, the support and engagement you have with our charity really matters to us. From the people that use our services, next-of-kin, staff, donors, volunteers or campaigners – each person is a valued part of our charity community.

Together and with you, we are able to deliver disability care services, raise funds and awareness, and create vital community connections for the people we support.

How we look after your data

In the delivery of our disability care services, engaging with supporters, fundraising and raising the profile for our cause, Livability gathers personal data. We don’t gather data that’s unnecessary, but with your permission, the data you share with us really helps our charity’s work in a range of ways.

Data laws are changing and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) act comes in to force on May 25th 2018.

This privacy policy is here to make sure you understand what measures we are taking to ensure the data you have shared with us is safe and ensure you know exactly how you can manage your preferences at any point.
