Tom joined the homelessness charity Providence Row as CEO in May 2017. Prior to that, he worked in international development as a Director at CAFOD where his role included oversight of fundraising, volunteering, education and supporter programmes across England and Wales.

Before moving into the charity sector Tom worked in the recruitment industry leading search assignments for senior executives at multi-national corporations following nine years as a Catholic priest in the diocese of Northampton.

Tom is qualified in psychotherapy and has extensive experience of leading change and development projects in the charity sector.
