In particular, CQC identified the service as being outstanding in how the team and setting care for the people that live there, respond to the needs of residents and highlighted how well led the service is.

The report shared by CQC praised the way in which:

  • people using the service receive planned and coordinated person-centred support that is appropriate and inclusive for them. People’s support focused on them having as many opportunities as possible for them to gain new skills and become more independent. The report praises staff for having “gone the extra mile and used innovation and technology to do this.”
