Livability appoints new Director of Resources Liz Walker

Liz WalkerLivability is delighted to welcome our new Director of Resources, Liz Walker.

Liz will be responsible for the departments of Finance, Information and Communication Systems, Estates and Commercial Management, and will be based at our central office in London.  She will principally be overseeing Livability’s financial management and will advise Livability CEO Dave Webber and the Board of Trustees on the organisation’s strategy development.

Liz joins us with a great wealth of experience, having worked for over 30 years with organisations both large and small as an accountant, consultant and manager.  She has been working in the non-profit sector since 2009, when she became Director of Finance and Resources at Nacro, a crime reduction organisation which provides housing and education services for disadvantaged people.

In addition to this, she has also held senior roles as the director of N4P Consultancy, which offers services specifically to non-profit organisations, and as a consultant and advisor to private corporations such as PFK international accountancy services.

In addition to her extensive professional experience, Liz holds several positions on management and business school advisory boards, and is treasurer of the City Centre for Charity Effectiveness Trust.
