Terms and Conditions
- I understand if my application is successful, I must pay a registration fee of £50 plus VAT (£60) within will be asked to make a donation to Livability of £60 to secure my place within 7-days of receiving the offer, and I pledge to raise a minimum of £1,750 for Livability (excluding Gift Aid)
- I confirm to the best of my knowledge that my general state of health and fitness is good, and I take full responsibility for my training. I would take part in the London Marathon at my own risk.
- I agree that Livability may use without payment, notice or further consent any photographs, videos and other images in which I appear that are taken at the event or event-related occasion in our marketing or promotional materials. Livability will not, however, identify anyone by name without their agreement.
