We would like to share with you the exciting news that, as of last week, Livability has acquired 4 new residential homes in Hampshire. This means we are also welcoming 25 new members of staff and 14 new residents to Livability.
Finding relevant opportunities to expand the services we offer disabled people is a key part of our new Five Year strategy, and this is a great example of how our charity can develop further. In line with our strategy and in keeping with our hub model by moving into Hampshire, we are also developing our activities in a location close to existing services, in this case Ashley House.
All 4 units are residential homes (without nursing) for individuals between the ages of 18-65 with learning and/or physical disabilities. The homes were previously owned by a private provider, D & A Rodgers Homes.
