Campaigner Pat Onions, who is disabled and also a carer, has launched an e-petition to draw attention to the fact that funding cuts are affecting disabled people in a disproportionate manner.
Livability is supporting her intiative alongside organizations such as Mind, RNIB, Radar and Scope.

The petition needs to reach 100, 000 votes in order to generate debate in parliament.
