Making a referral is a simple process. You can refer yourself, or be referred by a family member or social services.
Start by identifying a home or region in which you would like to live. Then check availability by calling 020 7452 2087 or by email.
We can arrange for you to make an informal visit and give you details of staffing, costs and the home's vision and ethos.
If there is no availability at the home or service you are interested in then we can place your name on a waiting list.
