Tourism For All: National Accessibility Standards (TFANAS )
The TFANAS was established in 1993 to give a general guide to the accessibility of different properties. At Livability Holidays, we are aware that the new Visit Britain's National Accessible Scheme is slowly replacing the TFANAS. As soon as this is in place accross all the the National Tourist Boards, we will implement them across our properties.
PLEASE REMEMBER THESE CATEGORIES ARE INDICATIVE ONLY.
You are advised to ensure the property is entirely suitable by checking the details of the particular property you are interested in booking for your holiday. If you need more information than we have provided then please contact us to discuss it with us prior to making your booking.
Category 1:
Accessible to a wheelchair user travelling independently.
Category 2:
Accessible to a wheelchair user travelling with assistance.
Category 3:
Accessible to someone with limited mobility but able to take a few paces and climb a maximum of three steps.
