The bungalow is only a few minutes from the sea.
It can sleep up to six people in two twin bedrooms, one of which is en suite, a single room and Z-bed. Bed linen is provided. The lounge has colour TV, video and hi-fi and the kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The outside patio is ideal for afternoon tea. Special facilities include electric and mobile hoists. Central heating and a payphone are installed. There is garage parking available.

The location
Bracklesham Bay provides fabulous views across the Solent towards the Isle of Wight and is located only six miles south of historic Chichester. The coastline is full of isolated havens and beauty spots and is the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. Particular sights to visit close by are:
