Villa Ryall is just three miles from Weston Super Mare with its Grand Pier, seaside amusement park, miles of sandy beach, museums and other attractions.
Villa Ryall is an attractive house set in its own garden close to amenities. The property has a large driveway with ample room for parking. There is ramped access to the side of the house and to the rear onto the extensive sun-terrace on which there is the opportunity to dine alfresco and to enjoy the weather.
Villa Ryall has four bedrooms and can sleep up to eight people. On the ground floor there are twin bedrooms each with electric height adjustable profiling beds accessible for wheelchair users. On the dormer style first floor there is a twin and a single bedroom with a z-bed.
The lounge dining room is an open plan area with patio doors leading to the spacious sun terrace enabling our guests to enjoy views of the garden regardless of the weather. There is also an attractive bay window at the front of the premises.
The fully fitted kitchen has been equipped with the essentials for a self-catering holiday - a washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. It also has two adjustable units giving it great accessibility.
There are two bathrooms in Villa Ryall. The one on the ground floor has a wheel-in shower room equipped with a mobile shower chair come commode. The upstairs bathroom has a bath.
